This is the part that matters. Apex records a drive on its own once you start it — you do not need to touch the phone again until you have stopped.
Do not interact with Apex while the car is moving. Do not read your speed, your score or your route from the screen while driving. Mount the phone properly, start the recording before you pull away, and stop it after you have parked.
You are responsible for driving safely and legally. Obey the speed limits and the road rules where you are. Apex records what you did; it does not suggest, encourage or reward doing it faster. Nothing in the app is an invitation to drive in a way that endangers you or anyone else, and public roads are not a racetrack.
A recorder and a scorekeeper for your own driving. The figures it shows — distance, speed, g-force, elevation, flow score — come from consumer GPS on a phone. They are good enough to compare your own drives against each other. They are not measurement-grade, and they are not evidence of anything. Do not rely on them where accuracy matters.
You need one only if you want your drives backed up. You are responsible for the Apple ID you sign in with. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which erases everything.
Your drives, photos, notes and cars remain yours. Apex claims no ownership and no licence to use them beyond storing them so you can get them back.
Do not use Apex to record or publish anything unlawful, or anything that invades someone else's privacy.
Apex is provided as it is. It may contain bugs, it may lose a drive, and it may be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, there is no warranty and no liability for loss arising from using it — including a lost recording. If a drive matters to you, export it.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You may stop using Apex and delete your account whenever you like. Access may be withdrawn if the app is used unlawfully or in a way that harms other users or the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction. If you use Apex as a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove protections you have under your own local law.
